WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO HAVE POOR SCALP HEALTH?

Even with all the effort we put into our skincare routines, we often forget about the skin under our hair. The scalp is its own environment, or microbiome. When not properly cleansed and nourished, it often struggles with itching, flaking, hair thinning or loss, and sometimes even complete baldness.

Absolutely! After your treatment, you scalp should feel fresh. Many of our clients report feeling like their hair looks like they received a fresh blow-out afterwards, with added volume. We recommend not washing your hair for at least 6 hours.

IS IT A ONE-TIME TREATMENT?

Best results are seen when you receive a series—usually 3 treatments, spaced a month apart In between, you use an exclusive take-home spray to boost your benefits.

CAN THE SCALP FACIAL BE PAIRED WITH OTHER TREATMENTS?

HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?

Depending on your personalized treatment experience (with or without LED light therapy), your Scalp Facial treatment can vary from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT AND HOW SOON?

PRP Injections

The healthcare professional will draw blood from your arm and spin it in a centrifuge to separate it into in three layers: platelet-poor plasma, platelet-rich plasma, and red blood cells. The platelet-rich plasma is singled out for use in your treatment. The provider numbs your scalp in the area to be treated for extra comfort. Then the provider will inject the PRP carefully into your skin so the fluid is applied exactly at the level of the hair follicles.

PRP SCALP TREATMENT

This procedure uses your own blood to encourage fuller, healthier hair.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your medical provider will draw blood from your arm. That is then spun at a high rate in our centrifuge to allow the plasma to seperate from the blood. The plasma, or “liquid gold”, is then injected in the scalp in multiple locations.

IS ONE TREATMENT ENOUGH?

While it is possible to see improvement after one treatment, it is recommended to do three treatments about a month apart to get the full effect of the platelet rich plasma.
