HOW DOES IT WORK?
Much like Traditional Microneedling, RF Microneedling uses needles to create microscopic channels on the skin’s surface that stimulate the body’s natural collagen production. IS THERE DOWNTIME?
The heat that radiofrequency delivers essentially cauterizes the blood, so there’s not nearly as much downtime compared to Traditional Microneedling. You won’t experience pinpoint bleeding throughout the treatment, and afterwards, the skin will appear slightly red for a few hours. **Clients with severe acne scarring could potentially see some downtime due to a more aggressive technique being used but that will discussed extensively before your treatment if that applies to you.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
While you’ll see an immediate improvement in the overall tone and texture of your skin, your skin’s collagen production will peak 4-6 weeks after the treatment. For best results, a series of 3-4 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, is recommended.
